Information and Statistical Services

The provision of advisory, training and statistical services to users of occupational tests and questionnaires.

 

  • Advice and Training in the usage and selection of occupational tests and questionnaires;
  • Product Search and Impartial Evaluation of products from all local test publishers and distributors (Ian Kendall is the Compiler of Kendall's Australian Directory of Occupational Tests);
  • Critical Review and Evaluation of Specific Tests and Questionnaires;
  • Test Construction, including Item Analysis of published or in-house tests;
  • Test Norming, i.e., benchmarking test scores unique to a particular group/company;
  • Validation Studies, including investigating Equal Opportunity concerns and test bias.
